Kevin Hammond

Kevin Hammond is an experienced technology leader and educator with extensive expertise in software engineering and advanced computing systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for the Cardano Core at Input Output (IOHK) since August 2019, Kevin also holds the positions of Founder and CEO at Hylomorph Solutions, focusing on AI applications in complex computing systems. Previously, Kevin worked as a Technology Manager at Input-Output HK and served as Director of the Scottish Informatics and Computer Science Alliance (SICSA). Kevin's academic background includes a Professorship at the University of St Andrews and prior roles at Glasgow University, complemented by a PhD in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia.
