Rasvana Popescu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In their most recent position at Inrad Optics, they serve as the Quality and Production Planning Director. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Consultant at UAV Factory where they identified areas for improvement in the Supply Chain Operations and made recommendations to enhance inventory management, ERP systems, and quality control. They also worked at LightPath Technologies as a Supply Chain Manager and Interim Site Manager, leading cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and overseeing production scheduling and team development. In a previous role at ISP Optics Corporation, they held multiple positions including Supply Chain Manager - VP Operations, where they led a team supporting revenue growth, implemented processes for KPI achievement, and provided conflict resolution and team development. Rasvana Popescu holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
