Eugene Zektser

Eugene Zektser has over 15 years of experience in software development. Eugene began their career in 2005 as a Software Developer at Bottomline Technologies. In 2007, they joined Protiviti as an Application Developer and then moved to bswift in 2010 in a similar role. In 2011, they joined Echo Global Logistics as an Application Developer, where they implemented features to support processes in Echo core solutions. In 2012, they joined Redbox as a Software Engineer and was a key member of the team that piloted the Redbox Tickets new venture. In 2013, they moved to InContext Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer, where they refactored, rebuilt, and re-created the ShopperMX web platform. Eugene was promoted to Senior Software Engineer II and became a key stakeholder in rebuilding the company Research offering. In 2020, they joined InRule as a Senior Product Engineer, leading the effort to modernize development practices, improve and support the existing Flagship product, and build a new state of the art multi-tenant SaaS platform. Theirvaried technology stack includes C# .NET 5/6, .NET Core, TypeScript, Angular, Azure DevOps, Octopus, TeamCity, Swagger, Azure App Insights, SEQ, Azure SQL, Cosmos, and Azure Infrastructure.

Eugene Zektser obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University in 2003 and their Master of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University in 2005. In April 2020, they earned their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
