Jessie Cross

Jessie Cross has worked for four companies in their career. Jessie began their professional journey in 2014 as a Data Specialist for Signature Medical Group. In 2017, they joined LMI Aerospace - A Member of the Sonaca Group, where they held two positions: Application Support Analyst and Service Desk Specialist. In 2020, they joined Kennedy Capital Management, Inc. as a Desktop Support Analyst, where they were responsible for troubleshooting system, application, and hardware issues, recommending and implementing security processes, and providing support for all end users. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Specialist at InRule since 2022.

Jessie Cross obtained their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lindenwood University in 2018. Jessie also obtained the OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) certification from Hyland in November 2018.
