Joseph Lim

Joseph Lim is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at INSCALE, a European offshore software development company, since October 2021, where responsibilities include establishing permanent development teams for European and Australian companies. Prior to INSCALE, Joseph worked as an IT Recruiter at Naga DDB Malaysia from July 2018 to June 2021, and gained experience as a Copywriter at KDU University College from July 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in the career, Joseph held the position of Executive at IPG Mediabrands between November 2016 and May 2017 and served as a Social Media Specialist. Joseph is a graduate of the University of Sunderland, having studied there from 2015 to 2016.
