Sharanjit K. has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2018 onwards, they have held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at INSCALE. In this role, Sharanjit is responsible for managing recruitment managers and HR, setting hiring targets, and maintaining communication with clients and development teams. Prior to this, Sharanjit worked as the Head of Recruitment & HR at INSCALE from 2009 to 2017. Their responsibilities included strategic recruiting, creating hiring targets, and tracking progress.
Before joining INSCALE, Sharanjit worked as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Dunham-Bush, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. In this role, they managed various channels of recruitment and developed resourcing channels and selection methodologies. Additionally, Sharanjit defined annual staffing plans and generated staffing reports.
From 2006 to 2008, Sharanjit served as a Recruitment Manager at Western Digital, where they developed and implemented hiring strategies for IT and engineering positions. They also conducted recruitment drives in Malaysia, India, and The Philippines.
Sharanjit's career in talent acquisition and recruitment began in 2001 when they worked as a Unit Manager at Kelly IT Resources until 2006.
Sharanjit K. attended Edith Cowan University from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Information Technology.
