Devi Pillai

Devi Pillai is a senior manager at INSCOL, Chandigarh. She has been a part of INSCOL for more than 7 years and oversees our team of nurse educators and OET trainers. Her responsibilities include academic and professional nourishment of Indian nurses, development of curriculum relevant for nurses taking the OET and to improving the performance of nurses to help them upskill and become Global Nurses. Training nursing students by conducting simulation-based workshops as per the global health standards and guidelines, is an important part of Devi’s role at INSCOL.

On an educational front, Devi is a graduate in Nursing from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Valparaiso University, Indiana (USA).

In her leisure time, Devi likes to read books, listen to music, paint and increase her knowledge about astronomy.
