Jacqueline Vazquez-DeRose

Jacqueline Vazquez-DeRose has a wealth of experience in the field of neuroscience. Jacqueline began their career in 2002 as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan Medical Center. In 2003, they joined SRI International as a Research Scientist and Post-Doctoral Fellow. In this role, they were involved in multiple projects using behavioral pharmacology and neuroanalytical techniques. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Scientist at SRI International, where they ran an in vivo microdialysis facility and neurotransmitter analytical laboratory. In 2016, Jacqueline joined Inscopix, Inc., where they have held the roles of Marketing Development Manager, Commercial Marketing Manager and Strategic Accounts, Marketing Application Scientist, and Commercial Marketing Lead. In their role as Marketing Application Scientist, they have been responsible for developing new applications for the Inscopix portfolio and producing key marketing literature to support worldwide sales, field application scientists, and customers.

Jacqueline Vazquez-DeRose has a diverse educational background. Jacqueline obtained their Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine between 1997 and 2002. Prior to that, they earned their M.S. in Biomedical Sciences-Physiology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 1994 and 1996. Her educational journey began at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained their B.S. in Psychology between 1986 and 1990.
