Karolina Kalbarczyk has extensive work experience in the field of chemical engineering and biotechnology. Karolina started their career as a Cancer Research Intern at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2008, where they conducted research on cutting-edge cancer research and gained expertise in DNA gene insertion and modification. Karolina then worked as a Research Assistant and later as a Biochemical Engineering Intern at the same institution.

In 2010, Karolina joined the California Institute of Technology as a Chemical Engineering Researcher, where they worked on various research projects related to their field. Currently, Karolina is working as a Senior Scientist II at Inscripta, Inc. since 2023, where they continue to utilize their extensive knowledge in the field of biotechnology.
