Winston Bartlett

With over 10 years of sales experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Troy University, Winston prides himself on understanding the ins and outs of how people learn. He has used that insight to successfully train and onboard multiple training classes.

Winston was also a major part in the transition of training in the office, to a remote environment, going so far as to take on training employees in other countries. Identifying how people work differently, and embracing those differences, is what makes Winston – and subsequently the new hires – so successful.
