Susan Dalton

Susan Dalton has extensive experience in customer service and business operations. Susan began their career in 1994 as a Customer Service Supervisor/Assistant Office Manager at Century Communications. In 1998, they moved to McCall Staffing Services, where they worked as a Database Administrator/Trainer and Consultant. In 2002, they became the Business Owner of PeopleCare and the Operations Officer of Small Business Network, Inc (Client). In 2012, they were the General Operations Manager at BBrooks Fine Flowers. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Director of Customer Experience at Dot & Bo and the Customer Advocacy Regional Manager at Tek Experts. In 2019, they became the Customer Experience Manager and Designer at Inside Weather. Most recently, in 2020, they founded The Hive Company Ltd and is the Founder and Customer Service Guru.

Susan Dalton attended San Dominico School from 1993 to 1993, where they earned their high school diploma in General Studies. Susan is also a high school graduate with some college, having completed courses through AIRS.
