Natalya Shelburne

Natalya Shelburne is an experienced design and software professional with a strong background in leadership and development roles. Currently holding the position of Director of the Primer Design System at GitHub, Natalya has previously served as Staff Manager and Senior Manager of Design Infrastructure at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at The New York Times and as an Instructor at Harvard Extension School. Early career experience as a Front End Developer was gained at Rooster Teeth and RealMassive. Natalya Shelburne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Education in Creative Development/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented from Texas State University.
