Ravi Govender

Ravi Govender has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Ravi began their career in 1989 as a junior extraction metallurgist at Johannesburg Consolidated Investments, where they tested and processed gold and platinum ore. In 1992, they joined Shoprite as a computer operations manager, a role they held until 2000. Ravi then worked at Lasercom for 14 years, starting as an operations manager in 2000 and transitioning to InsideData in 2014. At InsideData, they held the positions of print operations manager and print production manager.

Ravi Govender completed their education at various institutions. From 1989 to 1991, they attended the University of the Witwatersrand, where they pursued a degree in Extraction Metallurgy with a focus on Metallurgical Engineering.
