Michael Singer

Michael Singer currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Insight Acquisition Corp., a SPAC formed to unlock shareholder value, since February 2021. In addition, Singer is the Managing Partner at Alternative Insight LLC, providing advisory services and capital for emerging managers since September 2017. Previous roles include Executive Vice Chairman and Board Member at National Holdings Corporation, Chairman of the Board of Directors at FC Global Realty, Inc., and CEO and President at Ramius LLC. With a law degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University, Singer has extensive experience in investment management and advisory roles spanning several prestigious firms, including Ivy Asset Management and Weiss, Peck & Greer. Active involvement includes participation as a member of the Emory Parent Leadership Board.
