Doug Cox is an experienced Data and AI Architect at Insight since August 2018, following the integration of Cardinal Solutions into Insight Digital Innovations. As a Principal Consultant at Cardinal Solutions since June 2016, Doug has led and mentored a team of Data Solutions consultants while engaging in pre-sales activities focused on Data Warehousing and BI solutions. Previous roles include BI Developer at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare Solutions, where responsibilities included designing SSIS packages and OLAP cubes, and Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst at US Xpress, where Doug developed BI solutions within budget constraints. With a background encompassing systems analysis, project leadership, and comprehensive software development, Doug’s expertise spans multiple industries and technologies, underscored by a BA in English with a Computer Science concentration from Appalachian State University.
