Steven Hemmings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and digital innovation. Currently serving as the Consulting Enterprise Architect and CTO at Insight since October 2023, previous roles include Chief Enterprise Architect at Tevva Hydrogen Electric Trucks, and Head of Enterprise Architecture & Digital Innovation at Southend on Sea Borough Council. Steven has also contributed as Chair of the Opportunities through Technology Group, Business Mentor at Mentornect, and Senior Consultant at Coeus Consulting Limited. With a solid educational background including an MSc in Public Management and Leadership from the University of Birmingham, Steven has consistently focused on strategy development, IT transformation, and digital solutions across various sectors, including high-end retail, finance, and local government.
