Swetha Yalagach is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruiting and strategic workforce planning across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Insight since October 2023, Swetha previously held the position of Recruiting Manager at Compass, where responsibilities included leading hiring for Product, Design, and Engineering teams and managing a 12-member recruiting team. Swetha's tenure at Microsoft spanned over a decade, with roles including Lead Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Talent Partner, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes and diversity hiring initiatives for major business lines.
