Arfan Agung Gumelar

Arfan Agung Gumelar has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Surveyor at Litbang Kompas Gramedia for a brief period. In 2017, they joined the Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Bandung as an Asisten Penelitian, and later became an Asisten Laboratorium. In 2018, they worked as a Human Resource Generalist Area Jawa Barat at Cipta Nindita Nusapala. At the same time, they also joined Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba) as a Tester & Scorer for Psikotes Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru. In late 2018, they transitioned to VISION EASE as a Recruitment & Training Staff. Over time, they grew within the company and held the positions of Organizational & People Development Senior Staff and currently Organizational & People Development Section Head.

Arfan Agung Gumelar completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bandung Islamic University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. In September 2019, they also obtained the certification of a Certified Human Resources Supervisor from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi.
