Prior to their current role, Danny worked as a US Counsel at Aberdeen Standard Investments and served as the General Counsel at Arden Asset Management. With a strong educational background including a JD from Fordham University School of Law, Danny has a wealth of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and investment negotiations.
