Katie Thompson

Katie Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Katie started their career in 2003 at the Bank of England, working as an Associate until 2006. Katie then joined Deloitte as an HR Assistant until 2007. Following that, they worked at Anglo American as an HR Assistant until 2010. Since 2010, Katie has been employed at Insight Investment, where they have held various positions such as Human Resources Administrator, Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Project Manager, HR Operations and Governance Manager, and currently, as the Head of Human Resources Operations.

Katie Thompson earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Greenwich from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Blackheath High School GDST from 1996 to 2003.
