Manish Nageet

Manish Nageet currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy and Programs at Insight Partners since May 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Product - Data, AI and Analytics at Korn Ferry from January 2022 to May 2024, and Director of Quantitative Analytics and Data Science at Gartner's TalentNeuron from January 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included leading data platform initiatives for a talent analytics SaaS product. Manish Nageet also held positions as Director and Manager of Quantitative Analytics at CEB (now Gartner) from April 2014 to December 2016, focusing on product development and expansion for TalentNeuron. Earlier career experiences span multiple roles in People Analytics at Zinnov from June 2007 to March 2014 and a technology internship at Feltrifici Internazionali Riuniti SpA in 2006. Manish Nageet earned a Bachelor of Technology in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, between 2003 and 2007.
