Janine O’Donnell

Janine O’Donnell has comprehensive experience in project management, proposal management, business development, and training. Working across Insight projects, she is skilled in developing pricing proposals, coordinating proposals, monitoring contract extensions, and maintaining a contract database.

Prior to joining Insight, Janine was a project manager at Mathematica Policy Research, where she prepared numerous winning proposals and client contract modification requests for contracts and task orders. She has served federal and state clients in international development, health, education, and family support. Janine has managed and trained staff in project management tools and requirements and closely monitored and reported monthly updates to management on active contract, while complying with government regulations. Janine holds a bachelor of science in communications with a business minor from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
