Manpreet Randhawa began their work experience in 2010 as a Business Analyst at Cisco. Manpreet later joined Allergan in 2011 with the same role. Returning to Cisco in 2012, they took on various roles including Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Program Manager. During their time at Cisco, they were responsible for managing change management strategies, coordinating project activities, and driving continuous service improvements. In 2019, they joined Insight222 as the Head of Digital Content & Strategy and later held positions as Director of myHRfuture and Senior Director of Marketing and Digital Engagement. Currently, they serve as the Chief Marketing Officer at Insight222, where they focus on networking, consulting, and learning in the field of People Analytics, helping organizations leverage people data and analytics effectively.

Manpreet Randhawa pursued their education at the University of Leicester. From 2004 to 2007, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Politics and History. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they obtained their Master of Science (MSc) in Criminology from the same university.
