Tatjana Djukic

Tatjana Djukic has extensive experience in human resources and employee experience. Tatjana'smost recent role is as the Director of Human Resources and Employee Experience at Insightful, which they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Gecić | Law from June 2021 to October 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of Human Resources and People Operations Director at Humanity (ShiftPlanning). Tatjana also worked at Vip mobile d.o.o. from 2008 to 2017, first as an HR Partner and later as the HR Partners and People Development Team Manager. Before that, they gained experience as a Recruitment Expert at Soko Stark in 2008, and as a Psychologist/Professional Orientation Specialist at Nacionalna sluzba za zaposljavanje from 2005 to 2007.

Tatjana Djukic's education history includes several notable experiences. In 2000, they attended the Univerzitet u Novom Sadu where they studied Psychology until 2005. In 2014, they enrolled at the REBT - Affiliated Training Center of Albert Elis Institute Belgrade, where they pursued a degree in Psychology with a specialization in RE&CBT education under supervision. Additionally, in 2018, Tatjana attended the Sinergija Coaching Center for Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC).
