Tia Richards

Tia Richards is a seasoned real estate consultant currently working with Creative Acquisitions Baltimore since October 2021, where the focus is on assisting local businesses, investors, and community leaders with development efforts while engaging legacy residents in home preservation initiatives. Concurrently, Tia serves as a community manager for Charm City Buyers since December 2020, acting as a liaison for over 300 investors and facilitating education on neighborhoods and property acquisition strategies. Tia also plays a pivotal role at Coppin Heights Community Development Corporation in a development capacity and founded Our Mother's Land to innovate home preservation solutions for elderly residents.
