Amy Pickett

Since 1992, Amy has worked in various roles with individuals with ID/DD and traumatic brain injury. She worked as a direct care staff, day program instructor, group home manager and found her niche as a Behavioral Consultant in 1996. Amy joined the Insights Consulting team in 2002. Her role evolved into Director of Behavioral Support in 2006. In 2015, Amy helped establish the Music Therapy department at Insights and later launched Mental Health and Wellness supports in 2018. She was named Vice President and Director of Therapeutic Supports in 2015. Amy continues to provide behavioral supports to a small caseload of individuals. She’s passionate about the Therapeutic Supports Team at Insights and believes they are truly the best group of passionate, caring, dedicated professionals in the field.
