Carlos Ribeiro

Carlos Ribeiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles across various sectors. Since 1999, Carlos has served as the CEO and Managing Partner of P&D - Performance and Development, focusing on seminars and projects since 2007, with ongoing interventions for clients such as GRUPO BRISA and THE NAVIGATOR COMPANY. In addition, Carlos has been a Representante for Insights Portugal since 2021 and an invited professor at Católica Porto Business School since 2015. Previous roles include consultancy positions with the World Bank and UNESCO, teaching at Instituto Superior de Gestão, and coordination at William M Mercer. Carlos holds a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra and a Master's degree in Development from the University of Lisbon.
