Suzanne M. Grugan

Suzanne M. Grugan is a Partner and Consultant at Insigniam, a global management consulting firm focused on delivering significant results for large organizations, where clients have seen over 50x ROI through transformation initiatives since joining in April 1997. Previously, Grugan served as Deputy Director for the Mayor's Private Sector Task Force on Management and Productivity in Philadelphia from 1992 to 1996, re-engineering city operations and achieving savings exceeding $600 million while earning recognition from the Mayor. Grugan's early career includes over a decade at The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, where as Vice President of Administrative and Corporate Services, significant contributions were made to this $7.1 billion asset firm.
