Dorina Stanculescu

Dorina Stanculescu has a diverse work experience. Dorina currently works at InSilicoTrials as the Head of Communication & PR and Sales & Marketing since 2022. Before that, they were a Co-Founder at Optimens Srl - Società Benefit since 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Sissa Medialab as a Senior Project Manager and was involved in a wide variety of science communication activities. In 2017, they were the President of MIB Trieste Alumni Association. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Consular Official at Consolato Generale di Romania a Trieste. From 2008 to 2007, they were an Online Editor, News Collector, Writer and Translator at Packaging Europe. Lastly, from 2007 to 2008, they worked at TNS as an Online Communication where they did press reviews on behalf of the European Central Bank and wrote press releases and theme articles on a variety of subjects.

Dorina Stanculescu completed their Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages section from Lucian Blaga University, Faculty of Letters and Arts in 2004. Dorina then went on to pursue their MA STUDIES in Translation and Interpretation from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Romania, which they completed in 2006. In 2010, they earned an MBA in International Business with Honours from MIB Trieste School of Management. Most recently, in 2019, they completed a course in Science Communication: An introduction to theory, best practices and skills from Stellenbosch University.
