Charlotte Pallissard

Charlotte Pallissard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte is currently the Head of People, Culture & Community at Insite Managed Solutions, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, from September 2021 to June 2022, they served as an Executive Support at the same company.

Before joining Insite Managed Solutions, Charlotte worked at Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina from October 2016 to September 2021. During their tenure, they held multiple positions including Food and Beverage Operations Manager, Catering Sales Manager, Conference Services Coordinator, Front Desk Representative, and Membership Coordinator.

Charlotte also gained experience at EXPRESS as a Sales Associate from January 2015 to March 2017, at Hyatt Coconut Plantation Resort as a Recreation Supervisor from December 2015 to September 2016, and at Bunulu as a Key Holder/Supervisor from August 2015 to December 2015.

Charlotte's earliest work experience was at UC Santa Cruz, where they worked in various roles including Student Life Mascot, Resident Assistant, Student Life and University Guide, and Telephone Outreach Caller from October 2011 to June 2015. Charlotte was also involved in Kappa Kappa Gamma as an Event Chair/Member from January 2013 to October 2014.

Charlotte Pallissard attended Los Altos High School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their High School diploma. Charlotte then went on to the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology. Additionally, Charlotte obtained certifications in CPR/First Aid, Certified Wedding Planning, Mental First Aid, and Serv Safe Food Handler Manager from FRLA.
