Colette Tarsan

Colette Tarsan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and administrative support. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Global Compliance at Insmed Incorporated since July 2018, Colette manages compliance operations, third-party due diligence, and training while also founding and chairing the company's employee resource group for parents and caregivers. Prior to this role, Colette held positions including Executive Assistant and Project Manager at Insmed, Executive Assistant to the CEO at Metrus Group, and Executive Assistant to the General Counsel at Cingular Interactive, LP. Colette's career began as an Executive Assistant and Constituent Liaison for Congressman Matthew J. Rinaldo. Colette is a graduate of Katharine Gibbs School.
