Cynthia Goss has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning over two decades. Cynthia currently holds the position of US Head of Strategic Policy and Pricing at Insmed Incorporated. Prior to this, Goss worked at Astellas Pharma US as the Strategic Head for Global Immuno-Oncology, Cell and New Product Planning for Market Access & Pricing. Cynthia also served as the Global & US Strategic Market Access & Public Affairs Lead for Inflammation, Immunology, and Oncology at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Goss has held various positions at OptumInsight-United Healthcare, Otsuka America Pharmaceuticals, First Health Services Corporation, and Innovative Research + Consulting, LLC, where they gained extensive experience in market access, reimbursement, policy, and patient advocacy.

Cynthia Goss has an MBA in Health Care and Strategic Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Cynthia also holds an MPM in Project Management from the same institution. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Liberty University. Lastly, Cynthia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, also from Liberty University.
