Moustapha (Mous) El-Amine, PhD, MBA has a diverse work experience in the fields of business development, search and evaluate, and scientific research. Moustapha (Mous) currently holds the position of Head of Business Development at Insmed Incorporated, where they are responsible for leading the company's business development initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director of Global Search & Evaluate at Insmed.

Before joining Insmed, Mous worked at other notable companies such as AbbVie, AstraZeneca, and Emergent BioSolutions. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University. Moustapha (Mous) further pursued their academic career by earning a Ph.D. in Cell/Molecular Biology from Université de Sherbrooke and an M.Sc. in Molecular Endocrinology from Université Laval. Mous began their education journey by completing their undergraduate studies in Biology at the American University of Beirut. Moustapha (Mous) also attended Institut St Stanislas in Brussels, Belgium for high school, focusing on Mathematics. Moustapha (Mous) started their academic journey at International College.
