Kwame McDonald has a diverse work experience. Kwame started working at Connextions in 2010 as a Technical Support Representative, where they specialized in troubleshooting customer issues related to Olympus cameras and recorders. In 2013, they joined Time Warner Cable as a Signature Home Technician, resolving customers' technical needs. Kwame then moved to LPL Financial in 2014, first as a Frontline Agent in the Technical Support Help Desk, and later as an Operations Supervisor, conducting training for financial advisors on multiple systems and implementing software deployments. Most recently, in 2022, they joined InSource Solutions as a Technical Support Engineer, focusing on optimizing processes and technology in industrial environments.
Kwame McDonald attended ITT Technical Institute from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an A.A.S. in Computer Networking Systems with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they attended Kings College Charlotte and earned an A.A.S. in Graphics Design, specializing in Graphic Design. In addition to their degrees, Kwame also obtained a certification in the series 99 from FINRA in January 2018.
