Toh Ying Chong has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Toh Ying'smost recent role was as an Engineering Manager - Data & Analytics at Inspectorio, where they led and managed two teams and oversaw the delivery of high-quality results. Prior to this, they served as a Software Engineering Team Leader (Analytics) at Inspectorio, where they led a squad of engineers and designed a data lake architecture.

In these positions, they delivered personalized shopping ads solutions, designed data pipelines, reduced VM usage, containerized applications, and developed an advertising fraud detection platform.

Toh Ying Chong completed an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science in Internet Technology at Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) from 2003 to 2005. Following that, from 2005 to 2007, Toh Ying Chong pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in Internet Technology at Campbell University. Toh Ying Chong also obtained additional certifications, including the Advanced Google Analytics certification in January 2020 and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification in January 2020.
