Emerson W. Dias, MSc. is an experienced professional involved in career coaching, business management, and education. Since December 2013, Emerson has been the founder of O inédito viável, developing methodologies and content for coaching, lectures, and publications. As a professor at various institutions, including FIPECAFI, Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, and FIA Business School, Emerson teaches subjects related to leadership, ethics, and strategic management.
