Luís Antunes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the CEO of Lumi Geladaria since August 2023, Luís co-founded the artisanal ice cream venture with José Miguel Pereira. Alongside entrepreneurial endeavors, Luís holds several positions as a guest professor at institutions such as Atlântica and Universidade Católica Portuguesa, teaching courses on Happiness Management and People Analytics. Prior experience includes key roles at PHC Software as People Experience Director and various leadership positions at Banif, Allianz, and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, focusing on talent management, compensation, and organizational planning. Luís holds a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and a postgraduate qualification in People Management and Organizational Happiness.
