Madison Rumford

Madison Rumford has five years of work experience. From 2019-2021 they worked as a Boarding Advisor at Korea International School Jeju. In 2021 they were a Director of Education at Oxford Learning Centres Inc., where they managed and coordinated student education, performed cognitive and academic assessments, and provided onboarding training and ongoing support to the teaching team. In 2022 they were an English Teacher and Curriculum Consultant at INSPIRE TUTORS LIMITED, where they delivered comprehensive English Language Arts curriculum to a variety of students and provided assistance proofreading and editing class materials. Also in 2022 they were a Tutor Success Manager at GoStudent, where they managed and supported a personal pool of 150 tutors, implemented processes such as tutor payouts, technical issue reporting and troubleshooting, and collaborated with and created communication resources and training for other departments. Currently, they are a Student Success Manager at Inspira Education.
