About the Role: Our Finance department is looking for an ambitious, hardworking and willing to learn Junior Accountant to support the Business Controller in Inspiralia. This role is ideal for a candidate who wants to develop their skills and knowledge of the inner workings of all the key areas associated with Company Finances.
Responsibilities:
Financial planning and forecasting of the Inspiralia Group companies.
Financial and Management Accounting monthly closing process (All entries and Revenue, COGS and OPEX accruals supported properly)
Financial reporting, (statutory and analytic figures with Revenue, COGS and OPEX allocation by Division) aligned with Corp Finance, sharing the monthly Business insights (Risk & Upsides).
Analyzing financial statements (statutory and analytic figures with Revenue, COGS and OPEX allocation by Division). Division P&L’s Revenue accuracy, cost control, margins safeguard, etc, helping the Group Business Controller in Updating the rolling forecast with upsides, risks, and downsides.
Creating financial models and providing recommendations based on financial analysis, for Go no Go Business decisions (Project Margin Analysis).
Financial external annual Audits, and Due diligence of the Inspiralia Group companies as required.
Cash Flow: Ageing (Bad Debt) weekly reports.
Business Partnership: Building up, structure and track, Balance Scored Card (To be agreed with Corp Finance and Management Team, in terms of perspectives, objectives, KPI´s. owners, etc.)
Corp Interco. Cost allocation & invoicing, aligned with Finance Corp team, and local Management Teams.
Qualifications:
BA or MSc. Finance and/or Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools: (Excel, Power Point, Word, …)
C1 level of English is a must.
