Jimmy George

Jimmy George is a Postdoctoral Scientist at University Health Network since July 2021 and has also served as a Proposal Writer and Proofreader for Inspiralia USA since June 2020, focusing on drafting and proofreading grant proposals for NSF, SBIR, and NIH applications. Previously, Jimmy held the position of Postdoctoral Researcher at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine from July 2017 to April 2021 and was a Ph.D. student at both Université de Bordeaux and Universidade de Coimbra from 2011 to 2016. Early career experience includes working as a Griller at Nando's, where responsibilities included food preparation and mentoring. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Université de Bordeaux and Universidade de Coimbra, an M.Sc. in Molecular Medicine (Neuroscience) from The University of Sheffield, and a BSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, and Genetics from Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous.
