Heather Philand

Heather Philand has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heather began their career as the Director of PR and Marketing for Concept Restaurants at Rialto Cafe in 2002, and later moved to Table Mountain Inn in 2004, where they held the position of Director of PR and Marketing. In 2005, Heather joined The Capital Grille as a Sales and Marketing Manager, a role they held until 2011.

In 2011, Heather transitioned to Inspirato, a private club for luxury travelers, as a Senior Account Manager for Inspirato for Business. Heather was responsible for overseeing IFB accounts and ensuring their maximum membership satisfaction. After two years, they were promoted to the role of Director of Sales, where they played a vital role in redefining corporate off-sites, employee incentives, and executive benefits.

Heather's dedication and expertise led their to become the Director of Colorado for Inspirato in 2015. As one of the first employees, they played a significant role in building the successful business that now boasts over 10,000 members. In this role, Heather assisted existing members in achieving maximum satisfaction with their membership and helped prospective members determine if membership was suitable for their needs.

Continuing their upward trajectory at Inspirato, Heather became the Director, and later Senior Director, of Membership Development. In these roles, they had the responsibility of developing and expanding the membership base, showcasing their exceptional skills in building successful business relationships.

Currently, Heather holds the position of VP of Membership Development at Inspirato, demonstrating their continued dedication and commitment to the company's growth and success.

Heather Philand attended Colorado State University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Technical Journalism with a focus on Public Relations. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications, including Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Managers in 2021 from Inspirato, Situational Leadership II from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2019, and Lumina Spark from Lumina Learning in 2016.
