Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Innovation for Jimmy John's at Inspire Brands since December 2021, Dustin previously held the position of Director of Culinary and Corporate Executive Chef at Red Lobster from April 2013 to October 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Corporate Chef at The Kraft Heinz Company, Vice President Executive Chef at Turover Straus Group, Chef at Chateau On The Lake Resort and Conference Center, Corporate Development Chef at Noble & Associates, and Executive Sous Chef at AFRC Chiemsee Resort and Conference Center. Dustin is an alumnus of The Culinary Institute of America, holding an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts, and also attended Missouri State University.
