Justin Bischoff

Justin Bischoff is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Inspire Brands, where responsibilities include leading innovative recruitment strategies for a diverse range of restaurant brands since May 2016. Previously held roles at Inspire Brands include Sr. Manager, Manager, Team Lead, and Talent Acquisition Advisor. In addition to corporate experience, Justin serves as a Firefighter/Emergency Responder for the City of Prior Lake since June 2015, responding to various emergencies and community requests. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Justin served as Security Forces Training Manager and Air Force Recruiter, fulfilling manpower needs through comprehensive recruitment efforts. Additional roles included Security Manager for the United States Strategic Command Elite Guard and overseeing the Host Agency Check program. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from American Military University and two Associate's Degrees in Human Resources Management and Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
