Arlene Brathwaite-Pile holds a BA (Hons) in Management and an MA in Personnel and Development. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Inspire Partnership Academy Trust since May 2021, Arlene previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College and had a significant role as Head of Human Resources Operations. Arlene's earlier experience includes leading HR at United Colleges Group, and serving as HR Manager at City of Westminster College, where guidance was provided to over 500 managers and staff. Additional roles include HR Contact Officer at Queen Mary University of London and HR Officer at Hoo Hing Ltd, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR generalist functions and compliance across various educational institutions. Arlene is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
