Guy Bristol is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality management. Guy is currently serving as the Quality Systems Director at Inspire Medical Systems since March 2020. Prior to this role, Guy had significant experience in various companies such as Baxter International (Synovis Surgical Innovations), CareFusion, Boston Scientific, Envoy Medical, and Medtronic. Throughout their career, Guy has held positions of increasing responsibility, including roles such as Sr Manager, Quality; Director, QRA Management; Sr Manager Software Quality; Director Product Assurance; Quality System Manager; Senior Quality Staff Specialist; and Principal Quality Engineer. Guy has demonstrated expertise in areas such as quality assurance, manufacturing excellence, design control, validation, quality engineering, QS harmonization, and operations support. Guy has also contributed to the successful registration and approval of various medical products. Guy holds certifications including CMQ/OE and CQE, and has completed an MBA.

Guy Bristol earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics, with a minor in Computer Science, from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Guy furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, specializing in Executive MBA. Additionally, Guy holds the certifications of Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ, which was obtained in 1996, and Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ASQ, obtained in 1991.
