Jennifer Steadman Bsdh

Jennifer Steadman BSDH, RDH, DAADOM is the President and Owner of Steadman Onboarding Solutions, a company they founded in 2022. Jennifer is a hiring and transition expert who has helped navigate teams through positive practice transitions. Jennifer also serves as the Director of Operations at Inspired Hygiene since 2023. In the past, they have held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Business Development at New England Dental Partners, Director of Operations at Stiles Family Dentistry, Dentistry by Design, Great Meadows Dental Group, and Cornerstone Dental Group. Jennifer has also served as the General Manager at Village Dental Group and held positions within the AADOM Designation Committee and as the Founder of the Boston MA Chapter of AADOM.

Jennifer Steadman earned their Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene, with a focus in education, from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2008. Jennifer also holds additional certifications including being a Diplomate of the American Association of Dental Office Management, AADOM Practice Administrator of the Year, Masters of the American Association of Dental Office Management, Dental Infection Prevention and Control Certificate from the Dental Assisting National Board, AADOM Practice Administrator of Distinction in 2019, Leader of the Pride- Workshop from LionSpeak, and Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Manager. Jennifer is also a registered dental hygienist (RDH).
