Sarika Koilada has extensive work experience in the field of HR and people management. Sarika currently holds the position of Senior Manager - Analytics and People Engagement at Inspiredge IT Solutions since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager - People & Culture at Evolutyz Corp from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at Morrison Hershfield. Sarika initially joined Inspiredge IT Solutions in 2013 and held various roles including Team Lead - Corporate HR from 2017 to 2019, Team Lead - Talent Acquisition from 2016 to 2017, and Junior Executive HR from 2013 to 2016.
