Siraz Mohammed

Siraz Mohammed has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Siraz began their career in 2016 as an HR Intern at Hero MotoCorp Ltd, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates for different processes within the company.

In 2017, Siraz joined Inspiredge IT Solutions as an HR Trainee, where their main responsibilities included sourcing candidates and screening resumes from various job portals. Siraz then moved on to the role of HR Executive in 2018, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and sourcing candidates based on process requirements.

Siraz's career progressed further at Inspiredge IT Solutions, and they were promoted to the role of Senior Executive HR in 2019. In this role, they took on additional responsibilities such as working effectively with different departments across the organization, serving as a business partner to various levels, and coaching employees about key HR processes.

Most recently, Siraz served as the Human Resources Team Lead at Inspiredge IT Solutions, starting in November 2020. In this role, they worked closely with different departments, including business colleagues and the leadership team, to handle recruitment, performance management, restructuring, coaching, and training. Siraz also played a key role in onboarding new employees, conducting performance appraisals, and organizing employee engagement and recognition programs.

Throughout their career, Siraz has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with different teams, develop job descriptions, and effectively communicate with both hiring managers and clients.

Siraz Mohammed completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PRISM Degree College from 2012 to 2015. Siraz then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Services, General at Vignan's Institute of Information Technology from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained a certification in Business English from ofqual in July 2014.
