Sierra Scott has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Sierra currently works at InspireHUB as the Director of Business Development, where they lead the future of digital solutions through progressive web app technology. Sierra'srole involves building long-term partnerships and go-to-market strategies to delight customers.

Prior to that, Sierra was a Business Development Manager at InspireHUB and a Sales Support Specialist. In these roles, they contributed to the company's growth by supporting sales initiatives and providing assistance to the sales team.

Sierra also worked as a Program Manager at Enactus Canada, where they managed the Enactus program on 20 university and college campuses across 4 Atlantic provinces. Sierra'sresponsibilities included overseeing the execution of sustainability projects and providing training opportunities to beneficiaries.

Sierra gained experience as a Marketing Manager at the St. Clair College Genesis Center, where they provided career and self-development workshops and business mentorship to the Windsor-Essex community.

Sierra interned as an Executive Director at The Women of Windsor Mentorship Collaborative, a non-profit organization focused on empowering women through mentorship. Sierra organized events, wrote grant proposals, and improved the organization's operations.

Additionally, Sierra worked as a Youth Engagement Leader for EQWIP HUBs, a non-profit organization addressing youth unemployment in Indonesia. Sierra gained insights into measuring the impact of large-scale projects and implementing sustainable practices.

Sierra also has experience in the financial sector, working as an Associate at Solomon Financial Corporation. Sierra utilized their financial education and LLQP certification to help individuals secure their financial future as an independent insurance contractor.

Earlier in their career, Sierra worked as a Sales Representative at North 42degrees Estate Winery, where they honed their understanding of wines under the guidance of three Sommeliers.

Sierra Scott's education history reveals a diverse range of academic pursuits. From 2016 to 2020, they attended St. Clair College, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration- Finance with a focus on Financial Planning and Services. In 2022, they furthered their education by enrolling at BrainStation for a short-term course in Web Development, earning a certificate.

Continuing their education in the same year, Sierra Scott pursued a Master of Science in Information Technology at Lawrence Technological University. This program is expected to be completed by 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Sierra Scott has also obtained various certifications. In 2018, they received the Enactus Canada Community Service Leadership - Bronze certification from Enactus Canada. In the same year, they also obtained a Sales Prospecting certification from LinkedIn.
