Sinead McNicholl

Sinead is the Group Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development at Inspire. She has over 20 years of experience working in HR and organization development including several years working at Derry and Strabane District Council and Mid and East Antrim Borough Council. Sinead studied at the University of Leeds and has a degree in Business Management and French. She oversees personnel and employee-relations policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate company strategy whilst ensuring compliance with employment law. Sinead also manages the planning and directing of Inspire’s employee training and development programmes.
